These are some sites ( Nick Garner) have been involved with or built.
I have used abbreviated terms to explain my imput with a given site. Below are the fuller explanations for those terms.
Search : Means I have implemented a search engine ‘plan’ and made sure the site is optimised with the right keywords and that the site itself is search engine friendly - in other words that search engines can come along and list your site properly.
Content : I have put together a plan for the content i.e. the right content in the right places and made sure the content follows certain ‘web friendly’ guidelines and that its relevant to your readership.
Strategy behind site : I have made sure that the site fulfills its business mission. A web site is a promotional tool. if it does not do this, then you are wasting your money.
Design : I have designed the site and come up with its look and feel and I have made sure that it follows certain clear and simple guidelines to make it easy for web users to interact with my sites. A good example of this is a site for a food consultant Nellie Nichols : SEE HERE
Implementation : I have done the software coding and made sure the site is up and running properly.
Hosting : I have my own server based in the United States. Its one of the fastest and most relaibl servers i have ever come across, whicih is why i prefer to host sites on this server ( and its very cost effective for you the client! )
Online advertising : I will have set up an online advertising programme for your site using Google adwords or Overture. I will have come up with the advertising tag lines and set up the landing pages (see here fro full explanation for what these are) and help you with to make sure your marketing plan integrates with the internet.
E Commerce : I will have set up the means for you users to buy from your web site.
Online selling : this crossesover with online advertising and e commerce. This is where I build in a ’sales pitch’ following certain set principles demonstrated with great success in direct mail marketing and certain types of direct response advertising. This ususally follows the A.I.D.A model explained in more detail HERE
